- Call prospects and educate them on training programmes with a view to close the sale.
- Responding to e-mail enquiries and sending out e-mails to prospects for training products and services.
- Prepare and send invoices to prospects.
- Following up on prospects to ensure payment.
- Ensure Pre-reads are sent to delegates.
- Call delegates on training day to ensure they do not miss the class.
- Maintain relationship with delegates before and after trainings.
- /HND Degree in any field
- No work experience is required
- Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Excellent written skills
