Workforce Management Centre Limited is a Management Consulting and Outsourcing Professional Services Firm. Following its inception in July 2004, Workforce Management Centre Limited (Workforce) has built an enviable reputation as the leading indigenous management and professional services consulting firm in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads generation when necessary.
  • Maintain proper prospect records.
  • Call prospects and educate them on training programmes with a view to close the sale.
  • Responding to e-mail enquiries and sending out e-mails to prospects for training products and services.
  • Prepare and send invoices to prospects.
  • Following up on prospects to ensure payment.
  • Ensure Pre-reads are sent to delegates.
  • Call delegates on training day to ensure they do not miss the class.
  • Maintain relationship with delegates before and after trainings.

Requirements:

  • /HND Degree in any field
  • No work experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Excellent written skills
