Senior Human Resources Manager: CWAY Group


  1. Lead the HR Team to provide strategic and operational support to business units in all HR areas.
  2. Work with the management team to develop departmental manpower plan, and closely monitor the plan
  3. Select and recruitment employment vacancies
  4. Supervise the monthly payroll operations; ensure the accurate and timely payroll delivery.
  5. Identify staff development needs to develop staff development programs and monitor staff development progress
  6. Supervise and coordinate the performance management programs, ensuring the quality reviews are completed 100% on time.
  7. Plan and execute all staff communication, relation and relations programs including but not limited to teambuilding and recreational activities.
  8. Re-engineer and provide necessary coaching for the team members to ensure professionalism and continuous improvement.
  9. Develop, review and implement the HR policy and procedures
  10. Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.


  1. Bachelor of degree.
  2. Minimum of 10 years HR experience with a reputable company and more than 3 years HR leadership experience.
  3. Good knowledge and experience about Performance Management and Compensation Management.
  4. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software.
  5. Can work under pressure. Excellent organization and analysis ability.
