Sales Executive: Worldlink Insurance Brokers Nigeria Ltd

A reputable Insurance broker based in Lagos is recruiting Insurance Sales Executive that will be responsible for selling a bouquet of insurance products and also maintain relationships with their existing clients:

They will act as the first point of contact between the customers and us. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Ensuring that processes and service standards are being adhered to
  • Maintaining activity levels and meeting KPI and vital statistics targets
  • Negotiating with prospective customers and other parties
  • Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the company 


The profile of the Idea candidate will include the following but not necessary limited to the following:

  • A first degree or HND/OND In any discipline 
  • Excellent marketing and negotiation skills
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
  • Relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • The ability to understand and analyse sales figures
  • Good technology, budget and report writing skills
  • A very good command of oral & written English
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
