Job Details

  • Continuously generating and meeting sales target 
  • Forecasting and reporting sales activity to the managing director in the UK
  • Developing, documenting and executing sales strategy consistent with DTI SOLAR goals and meets defined net revenue targets. Determining the correct number of Business Development (Sales) Executives, the appropriate    types of prospecting campaigns, the sufficient level of client relationship activity and the most opportunistic areas of potential growth in the region. 
  • Advise on local and national legislation affecting solar power & sales.
  • Evaluate the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales      techniques
  • Devise sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and request amendments to or extensions of contracts within authorized limits.
  • Support and drive all opportunities to closure
  • Continuously engaging in Nigerian market analysis, and recommending how DTI SOLAR can adapt its products to suit end users and national needs.
  • Continually monitor and target potential areas of new revenue growth, or areas of revenue risk, and proactively define and execute plans to maximize revenue growth or minimize revenue contraction.
  • Work closely with managing director and director of operations to support the writing of proposals and provide input on sales, process    specifications, and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required.
