Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design budgetary template/processes for the Group
  • Set performance goals for each subsidiary
  • Development and key corporate planning issues and recommendations  
  • Provide up to date Regulatory Affairs Payment Administration
  • Monitor Group Set Performance for subsidiaries – Budget v Actual
  • Institute technology-driven processes that facilitate product innovation, effective and efficient service delivery
  • Formulate and structure cost saving mechanisms to enhance bottom line
  • Financial Impact evaluation
  • Design and effect Career Path Development & Succession Plans

-Graduate Management Programme

-Training to be structured along appraisal recommendations

-Institute Mentorship Programmes

-Vertical/lateral movement across the Group

  • Performance Appraisals and Executive Compensation

- Electronic Appraisal System

- Matrix (Functional & Product) appraisal

- Group-wide publication of appraisal outcome

 

Qualification: No less than a master degree in business management or social sciences; (an additional Finance/Accounting qualification is a necessary requirement). Professional Qualification would be an added advantage.

Experience: Above 10 years
