National Sales Manager (Lagos): PACIFIC ACCESS

DESCRIPTION:

An indigenous Drugs manufacturing and marketing firm based in Alimosho LGA of Lagos State, with regional centers and offices nationwide requires the services of Pharmacists to fit the following roles in its employ;

(1) National Sales Manager, (Lagos)

The Person MUST be a registered pharmacist (preferably with MBA) with 5-7 years considerable senior management experience in the Sales of pharmaceutical products (majorly ethical) in pharmaceutical industry. The person must presently be on this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Promoting new products developed by the companies to health care service providers nationwide
Determining and achieving the sales goals of the organization regionally and nationally
Supporting in developing the overall marketing strategy for the pharmaceutical organization
Overseeing the implementation of the Sales strategy in all regions and territories
Analysing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any
Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of the sales support staff chain
Handling the competitors
Identifying new market segments
Participation in trade shows and conferences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 7 year(s) Sales
MIN QUALIFICATION: B.Sc. Pharm Essential, MBA an added advantage
Applicants must have pharmaceutical industry experience, strong in prescription drugs (Ethical)
