Head of Sales and Marketing, Screed, Glue Cement and Ready Mix Plaster (NIGERBAF): Impacto Grupo

NIGERBAF Building Arids Factory Limited manufactures glue cement, screed, ready mix plaster cement (mortar) and other aggregates of construction, applying the best know-how (manpower and resources) along with a continuous in-depth research to achieve the best possible quality of its products. The factory is located in Agbara, Ogun State.

The Head of Sales and Marketing, Screed, Glue Cement and Ready Mix Plaster would be expected to ensure a substantial increase in the market share of the listed products (especially the ready mix plaster cement, which is a revolutionary, first-of-its-kind in the Nigerian market) through an articulated marketing strategy that is inclusive of sales and promotion activities. Others include: 


  1. Adequate/working knowledge of the market especially the screed and glue cement market. 
  2. Excellent networking skills. 
  3. Analytical.
  4. Insider knowledge of relevant market statistics of the target market, efficacy of various marketing approaches, e.t.c vis-a-vis distributor channels. 
  5. Good negotiation skills.
  6. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  7. Go-getter (result oriented). 
  8. Team player. 
  9. Multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and implements strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  2. Plans and oversees all promotional activities.
  3. Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  4. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  5. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  6. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
