Graduate Trainee Programme: Excel Limited Incorporated

Job Description:

  • Professional Development Program is a Group global program that targets individuals who have motivations to be highly challenged by rotational development experiences and aspire to a leadership role. Participants will develop management and leadership skills while accelerating their broad business experience across multiple oil and gas.
  • Graduate Trainee Program which will rotate over 3-4 cross functional areas over the course of 3-5 years.

The Process:

  • Their application process is designed to let you find out about us and the fantastic opportunity as well as it being their opportunity to see how well you would fit in here.
  • A 30 minute telephone conversation with the HR team.
  • One day assessment centre, held at our office, this will include a series of exercises and interviews, along with a lunch or dinner where you will meet some of the senior leadership team.
  • Online SHL testing numerical and verbal reasoning as well as a Korn Ferry Leadership Potential assessment.


  • For the Graduate  Trainee Program role you will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in geology, mining with an added advantages in Business administration as a professional course and other professional courses as an added advantages


  • Excellent communication skills are essential, together with a professional approach and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A team player, you work in a co-operative and supportive way for the benefit of the team, understanding how your actions impact on other team members or goals and how they affect the bigger picture.
  • Must be organised with a meticulous attention to detail, capable of solving problems of all sizes.
