Forextime Limited is recruiting for intern Graduate Customer Support Representative Interns.

JOB DETAILS

  • Assisting clients worldwide through a live support
  • Answering e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
  • Handling of Back office queries
  • Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • • Must be able to work long hours and all shift schedules that may require up to twelve hours a day

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment as a customer support intern. He/she will undergo a three (3) months training and internship programs after which the successful candidate will become a full time employee as customer support representative in FXTM

  • Excellent Knowledge of English (French or additional European languages are considered an added advantage)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to do shift work as well as weekends work as and when required
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Chats)
