Front Desk/ Administrative Officer STRONIX CONSULTS LTD

A consulting Company located in Lagos seeks the services of qualified personnel to fill this vacant positions at her new Lagos branch Office.


Office Management

    Manages the front office to ensure effective telephone communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
    Ensures that the working environment is conducive for all employees.
    Manages regular third-party vendors.
    Supervises the maintenance of office equipment including copier, printer etc.

Administrative Duties

    Responsible for the alignment of Lawyers and Partners’ documents
    Responsible for stock taking and purchase of office supplies for the firm in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
    Prepares “Cause list” for the Lawyers and Partners
    Responsible for the payment of utility bills
    Prepares debit notes and receipts when payments are made

Minimum of O.N.D in any field from recognised Institutions.
