To accelerate its growth and transformation, it seeks a highly competent and cultured professional to take up the role of Executive Assistant within its organisation.

Working with the Managing Directors, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director, managing internal and external official documentation and correspondences on his behalf, or at his instruction, coordinating his calendar, travel, meetings and schedule arrangements amongst other tasks. Due to the nature of the company's business is critical that candidates applying for this role must have acquired sales experience as well as a relevant Bachelor’s degree with no less than 3-4 years working experience.
