Customer Service Officer: Cheki Nigeria Ltd

JOB DETAILS

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of cars and differentiate them to existing and potential customers
  • Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses car options
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
  • Support on-line customers through our eSales office
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSc degree or equivalent is preferred with 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Superb customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability multi-tasking within PC applications and utilize several computer application screens at once; computer literacy a MUST
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to handle high call volume and effectively organize and prioritize tasks
  • Candidate must be organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Candidate must have the ability to analyze and process information
  • Candidate must have a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
