Customer Care Assistant

Job Description

They are currently seeking a motivated Customer Care Assistant to help manage customer relationships.

 

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer care service with every existing and potential customer

Answer all customer inquiries in a timely manner (phone and email)

Resolve customer issues in a quick manner

Quality customer interaction to promote products and services

Educate customers on all services offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge

Provide product/service support

Maintain ongoing relationship with customers (regular check-up)

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Participate on behalf of iDeyPay in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team to achieve better results

 

Requirements

Enjoy talking to people - 90% of the time will be on the telephone talking to customers

Understand customer service - keep our new and existing customers happy

Proficiency in English

Good Phone etiquette - You are on the front lines with the customer at all times

Build Relationships - Customers rely on YOU!

Excellent communication and listening skills

Reliable and Punctual

Must be a computer literate and proficient in the use of smart phones

Must have a minimum of HND/Bachelors degree in any field
